Project Summary
The Training Plan was based on investments to be made by the company in the next two years and aims to increase skills of workers, so that the following objectives are achieved:- Correct operation and maintenance of new equipment;
- Improvement of production process techniques;
- Integration of employees in changes of the standards references in which the company is certified;
- Consolidation of the Integrated Quality Management System, Food Safety, Environment and Safety and Health at Work and the IFS (International Food Standard);
- Improve the company's environmental performance;
- Ensure an improvement in performance level in the development of productive activities and the provision of services;
- Increase the organization's productivity in the capacity to respond to market demands and to satisfy customers' needs and expectations;
- Consolidation of a successful “employer brand”, with a clear and authentic value proposition, making the company more competitive in its ability to attract new talents, but also retaining those it already has;
